When I founded Integrated HeartMind Solutions, my vision was to create more than just a therapy practice. I wanted to offer a place where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Life’s struggles can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, or overwhelmed, and too often we carry those burdens alone. This practice grew from my belief that healing happens when both the heart and mind are honored—and when people are given the tools and space to reconnect with their inner strength.

My approach combines professional expertise with wisdom and compassion. I use evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique experiences—their heart, their mind, and their story.

Before becoming a therapist, I explored several careers that deepened my understanding of what it means to be human. These experiences, along with my clinical training, allow me to help clients work through anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship struggles with both skill and empathy.

I also know what it feels like to juggle many roles. As a woman, partner, and small-business owner, I’ve faced the same challenges my clients bring into therapy—finding balance, managing worry, and learning to thrive through change.

For me, therapy is more than problem-solving. It’s a commitment to yourself—an hour just for you. A safe, calm, and supportive space to explore what’s on your heart and mind, and to build tools that foster coherence of both.

Regaining Control and Finding Balance

At Integrated HeartMind Solutions, I believe it is possible to start feeling in control again. One of the most important lessons I share with clients is: don’t believe every thought you think.

My role as your therapist is to help you notice the patterns of thought and emotion that fuel stress, worry, and anxiety. Together, we’ll gently uncover the habits that hold you back and begin reshaping them into pathways of clarity and confidence.

With greater self-awareness and emotional regulation skills, you can navigate challenges with more ease, improve your relationships, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and balance. Therapy isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about creating space for resilience, growth, and deeper connection.

My Professional Background

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later pursued my Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, as well as a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) and a Mental Health Professional (MHP).

Additionally, I am a Registered Play Therapist (RPT™), having completed specialized training through the Association for Play Therapy to incorporate play as a therapeutic tool for children. My work is also enriched by my certification in expressive arts from the Northwest Creative and Expressive Arts Institute in Seattle, which allows me to integrate creativity into the therapeutic process.
